Returns and refunds

Due to the rare nature of the items I sell, returns are only available for items that are received damaged in shipping. I insure all packages for the full value of the item, so in the unlikely event your item is damaged in shipping I will file a claim with the shipping insurance for you. You will need to return the damaged item to receive a refund. If your order is lost in the mail I can also file with the insurance company for that and issue a refund. Refunds will only be issued after the shipping insurance company pays out the claim.

Please note returns are not available for change of mind, so please see the images of the item you are purchasing and request more photos if needed.
